1. Do you think you are forgetful? What do you think are reasons for this?
No, in general, I think I have a good memory. I have had a good memory since I was a child. I tend to remember dates, numbers, pending tasks, etc. very well. Although it is true that, more and more often, I try to write down important things so that I don’t forget them. Partly to have a double check. I tend to highlight important and urgent tasks.

The reasons for forgetting some things I think are the age and having a lot of things on my mind.

2. What are the usual things that slip your mind and how often does it happen?
Those things that I do automatically, without thinking. For example, have I locked the car? Have I locked the door at home? Things similar to these.

On the other hand, I try to leave personal things like keys, wallet, etc. in the same place every time so I don’t have to spend time looking for it in a different place each time.

3. What are some of the problems that arise from being forgetful?
I think there are several problems, for example:
– You have to do things in a hurry and stress to meet deadlines.
– It can seem like you don’t pay attention sometimes. You forget someone’s name, some important task you have been asked to do, etc.

4. Are there any benefits of being forgetful?
I don’t think so. As it says in the article, maybe living with less stress, but I think it’s not true, as you will have more stress and less time to accomplish the task afterwards. So, in general, I think it has no benefits.

5. What do you do to in order to avoid forgetting important tasks and responsibilities
Both at work and in personal matters I try to generate reminders, tasks, notes, etc. to write down important things, things I must do. Sometimes I also write it down in a notebook. This way I have it accessible online and offline.
