Everyone knows that the pandemic presented difficulties for most businesses across the globe, and the restaurant industry is among those struggling to survive.

However, a lot of owners of food-related businesses shifted their focus to tools that could be utilized for business during the most difficult times, and that’s when they turned to the internet and opened “pop-up” or transient restaurants.

-Untenable: It means that it is not sustainable over time. Sentence:Sales are up in the last month due to black friday, but it will not be untenable after this period.
-Limited run: Limited edition, small group. Sentence: My boss has a limited run watch, there are only 3 of them around the world
-Brick and mortal: It means a physical building. Sentence: Amazon’s bussiness is only, they don’t have brick and mortal shops.

I think it is a good idea for some temporary events because you don’t have to pay for a building and you can move your business whenever you want.

It is not usual to see pop-ups restaurants, we have something similar in town’s fairs

I think it is a good business model because you can move your restaurant wherever you want and if the customer is not cuming to you, you can move to other place with more damand without invest a lot of money in a new bulding.

Nowdays with the changing environment where we are living, you have to be ready for the changes and adapt your bussines to them if you want to safe your company.
5. Under difficult economic circumstances, are people in your nation more optimistic or pessimistic when it comes to their business ventures? Explain your stance.
In my opinion, people are more pessimistic in my country when there is an economic crisis and they are afraid to start a business, but there are always some adventure and Smart people that take advantages about bad situations and make their business grow.
