Yes, I think effort really matters more than talent, despite that, in theory, most people could think that the most important abilities or skills in someone are talent because they make the difference between each other.
2. What can you say about “talent counts but effort counts twice”?
This sentence can say that: obviously, talent is very important in our lives in whatever area, for example, work, sports, hobbies, such as painting, dancing, or music, and is evidence that without a minimum dose of talent is difficult you get your achievements. However, hard work and effort are so much more important than talent, because if someone is very talented in one area, skill or ability but doesn’t work hard, constantly is very probable that don’t get their objectives.

Is sure that it is necessary for one part of talent in one or more skills or abilities but in my case, I have to work hard since I was a teenager in my studies and later in my first jobs to get my desired jobs.

I think is a combination of both, and experience too. You have to develop your own skills and abilities in the areas that you need, for example in your job, in my case for example leading teams, in my communication skills, or hiring people, and is totally necessary hard work every single day, to do your best, learn every day, and apart from that, apply your own experience learned through the years.

Clearly, i get my job than to the effort.
I could finish my carrer thanks to hours and hours of study and not becouse i was good studing.
At some point doesn’t matter how smart you are, becouse it’s impossible to learn all the things the day before of the exam. You need to study all the days a lot of hours to improve your knowledge and pass the exams.
Then, with a hardworking routine was relative easy to get a good job.
