A philosopher once said, “the only constant in life is change”. Change is inevitable that’s why we should be able to adapt to changes in our lives. However, some things never change; such as bad habits.

It means that a person does not change and always keeps his bad habits.
Basically postpone things: later I’ll do this and when later is now, nothing has been done.
I think people can improve or change its behavior if something dramatic happends to them. If not, they can change for some time, but at the end they finally behave as they are.
They one said in the video “genio y figura hasta la sepultura”

Doing good with your writing practice! Keep it up.

Here is a better way to say this thought:

Basically postpone things: later I’ll do this and when later is now, nothing has been done.
Basically, I would like to stop the habit of postponing things and always saying “I’ll do it later” but never end up actually doing it.

Practice continuously to keep improving.
