1. Have you heard of reincarnation? How does reincarnation occur?
Yes, I’ve heard of reincarnation, but it sounds a bit foraneous to me. As far as I know, it consists on someone’s soul transferring into another body and giving life to it. I suppose people shouldn’t be aware of their past lives, but there should be some traces left on their minds from who they have been.

2. How is reincarnation viewed in your culture?
As I’ve said, it sounds foraneous to me. I come from a catholic background and I suppose reincarnation would be considered some sort of miracle in christianity: something that’s not “natural” and should only happen by god’s intercession.

3. Do you believe it could be true or not? Would you like to experience this phenomenon?
I try to be sceptical about things that can’t be proved. I can’t deny the posibility, but I prefer not to consider it true, as is usually the case with religion. Furthermore, it doesn’t seem to have practical consecuences, so, I don’t think it matters.

4. If you were to be reincarnated, how would you like your new life to be?
I like peace and quiet places. Maybe living the life of a house cat in a nice family would be fun.

5. Can someone who experienced it be credible in claiming it to have happened? How could someone justify such mystic occurrence?
It’s usually indemonstrable. Maybe, if we had a complete and certified registration of someone’s life, the fact that other person, born after the first one’s death, could remember facts about the first person’s life that could only be known by him or his relatives, we could start to argue the possibility of them being the same person reincarnated.

Impressive work on your responses!

Take a look at how some of these sentences can be written a bit better:

I like peace and quiet places. > I like peaceful and quiet places.

I try to be sceptical about things that can’t be proved. > I tend to be skeptical about things that can’t be proven.

Keep up the good work!
