Did you know that most people dream 3-6 times per night? Dreaming is one of the most mysterious aspects of sleep. They can be fun, romantic, disturbing, frightening, and sometimes bizarre.

A nightmare is a bad dream. It’s normal to have a nightmare fom time to time. However, for some people, they recur frequently disrupting sleep and negatively impacting their waking life as well.
